Can you scale the level of detail (LOD) on geeble? If so bringing the city down to 30k or w.e would be feasable (excluding the other models).We will have to account for - planet, projectiles, ships, particles, meteors, debris, etc.. as well as script. All these things can affect our FPS.An idea might be - use geeble, render out normals with the nvidia mod, then use that normals. :)This is of course if you cannot scale the LOD.
Though I have admit, the detail on a lot of that is thanks to the modifier. :D
LOL i should never had shown you that modifier :/Its worse than lattice on a sphere.I think that poly count is a bit too high for our needs :)Try putting greeble on a sphere! it looks aight.
With some scenes reaching up to 1 million polys; this may be alright to use; though itd be best to LOD it down a little to 70k or so.
